INFORMATION

Those who intend to present a regular session, a roundtable or a poster are kindly asked to download and read carefully the guidelines of the Association.

It is only possible to send the proposals by filling in the “Proposal Form”.

After evaluation, the accepted session proposals and roundtable proposals are going to be published on the website in order to gather papers of the speakers interested in the proposed themes.

We kindly remind you that the principle session organisers are exempt from the registration fee. We therefore advise those who intend to propose a session to await the acceptance of their session proposal before registering for the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE
that the deadline for the submission of session proposals by the session organisers was postponed to 15th May 2009 and the deadline for the submission of papers and posters was postponed to 15th June 2009.

Delegates presenting a poster: please note that the maximum size of the posters is of cm 70(width) x 100(height).
