Delegates who are interested in participating to the meeting are kindly requested to complete the application form.
The registration fee includes welcome reception, participation to all the sessions, conference material, coffee breaks and the annual party (VAT 20% included).
The fee for non-members includes membership to the EAA for 2009 which is an integral part of conference participation. Non-European participants must pay the same registration fee as participants of Western Europe.
Principle session organisers, conference organisers, members of the National Advisory Panel, members of the EAA Executive Board are exempt from the registration fee. Session and roundtable organisers must be members of the EAA.

The participation to EAA Annual Dinner costs €55 and is closed to maximum 350 people.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Registration fees must be paid in EURO:
1. online by credit card (Mastercard and VISA credit cards only are accepted)

Please note that all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant.
CANCELLATION:
Should you cancel your registration, the Conference Secretariat must be notified of the cancellation by fax or via e-mail (info@eaaitaly2009.com).
The following cancellation conditions will be applied:
Notification received by 31st August 2009: total refund (handling fee: € 20,00).
Notification received after 1st September 2009: no refund.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
VISA:
Participants who need an official invitation in order to be able to obtain an entrance visa must contact the Conference Secretariat (info@eaaitaly2009.com).
OFFICIAL LANGUAGE:
The official language of the conference is English. Translation services are not provided.
INSURANCE:
The Conference organisers accept no responsibility for any medical expenses, theft, loss or accident incurred during the 15th EAA Annual Meeting.
